Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how ELEVO subscription billing, the free trial, cancellations and refunds work. It applies to ELEVO subscription payments only — not to payments a client makes to a barber for a haircut.

Effective date: August 7, 2026Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Plans and pricing

  • ELEVO Starter — $19.99 per month.
  • ELEVO Growth — $39.99 per month.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. The 3-day free trial

  • Eligible new subscribers can use their chosen paid plan for 3 days before being charged.
  • A payment method is collected when the trial starts so the subscription can continue without interruption. No subscription charge is made during the trial.
  • When the 3-day trial ends, the subscription automatically converts into a paid, recurring monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • The trial is available once per account. If your account has already used a trial, a new subscription starts as a paid subscription immediately.
  • The trial is not permanently free.

3. Refunds

Once the trial has ended and a paid subscription period has started, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods in which you did not use the product. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want another charge.

We will review refund requests in good faith in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
  • A clear billing error caused by ELEVO or its payment processor.
  • Unauthorized transactions, where applicable and once verified.
  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • Other exceptional circumstances that ELEVO explicitly chooses to approve, at its discretion.

Refunds are not automatic. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and an approved refund in one case does not create an obligation in another. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take several business days to appear.

To request a review, email support@elevoes.cloud with the account email and the charge date.

4. How to cancel

  • Open ELEVO, go to Settings → Billing, and cancel your subscription, or open the billing portal from the same section to manage it directly.
  • Cancelling schedules your subscription to end at the end of the current paid period, so you keep access for the time you already paid for.
  • To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial ends.
  • Deleting the app, or simply stopping use of ELEVO, does not cancel your subscription. Billing continues until you cancel. The same applies to deleting your account without cancelling — contact support so both are handled.

5. What happens after cancellation

  • No future renewal charges are made.
  • Access continues according to your actual subscription state and billing period. When the paid period ends, the account moves into a read-only state where existing business and client data remains visible but changes are blocked.
  • Your business and client data is not deleted just because you cancelled. Deletion requires a separate account deletion request — see the Privacy Policy.
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access. A second trial is not offered.

6. Failed payments and account states

  • If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor retries the charge. During this past-due window ELEVO keeps your account usable for a short grace period and shows a payment banner.
  • If retries continue to fail, the subscription becomes unpaid and business features are locked. Your data remains stored, and Settings and billing stay reachable so you can update your payment method.
  • Updating a valid payment method restores access once the payment succeeds.
  • A failed payment does not create a refund claim for periods already paid.

7. Plan changes

You can switch between Starter and Growth. Changes take effect according to your billing configuration, and our payment processor calculates any prorated amount or credit. Moving from Growth to Starter removes access to Growth-only features.

8. Appointments are separate

Payments a client makes to a barber for services, deposits or no-show fees are between the client and that barber. Barbers set their own cancellation policies, which are shown on their booking page. ELEVO does not process, refund or arbitrate those amounts.
